• Awarded a Junior Warrant by the Kennel Club which gives him a stud book number and lifelong automatic entry into Crufts Dog Show. This was in acknowledgement of his many first places in Open and Championship Shows. In just one Championship Show' Leeds 2002, he was placed first in three classes by the judge, Mr. John Senior.
  
  
• Short listed in the Golden Retriever Pup of the Year Show 2002.
  
  
• 12th April 2003 at Bolsover and District Canine Society Open Show.
  Forest was awarded 'Best Of Breed' by the Golden Retriever judge Mr Perry and then went on to be awarded 4th Best In Show by judge Mr Jim Homes.

24th March 2003, Risedale Royalty awarded the Chezerina Trophy by the Golden Retriever Club of Northumbria. This is an annual award presented to the member with the most first places at their open and championship shows in the previous year.
